superb location and immaculate premises
convenient location high standard professional staff
The location proved convenient. it was quite easy to access local attractions. i found the cleanliness excellent. The hotel maintained a high standard throughout. furthermore, the restaurant staff showed a amazing level of professionalism and warmth. they always acted promptly to ensure every guest was pleased with the service.
the room we occupied required some updating. i noticed that the decor looked a bit dated, which detracted a little from the overall experience.

the reception staff were consistently helpful. the bar staff on level 5 were amazingly friendly, as well as being cute. they made evenings most enjoyable.

old decor missing liners
The location was decent. Shops were close. there were restaurants too.
our room was not what i hoped for. the decor felt old and a bit worn, it definitely needed an update. also, the bathroom bins lacked liners, weird.

the location provides a short walk to a square with shopping and restaurants. daily breakfast included fresh items. the rooftop bar served tasty food and drinks!
the pool closed relatively early at 6pm.

Excellent Stay near Central Locations
beautiful room spacious room double sinks helpful staff
I had a Beautiful balcony room, and it was spacious. I appreciated the bathroom with double sinks. A large shower was a plus. The room overlooked the pool and was quite comfortable. The reception team was helpful.
The key card controlled all electrics. There was only one key card. When removed, air conditioning turned off.

The hotel offers three pools, and each pool area is super clean. There are three levels to choose from with sun loungers and seating areas. The location is near the main streets. It is a great spot for accessing bars, restaurants, and shops.

Breakfast offers a great choice. Food is always fresh with plenty of options available. I chose the half board option which gave a choice of a three course set menu. I could also choose from the a la carte menu. Bottled water is available for purchase.
